Engineer Surveyor Description:
"Kit out your Action Man for every phase of military service with these authentic true-scale equipment sets", read the Equipment Manual. The Engineer Surveyor, is basically an accessorised Action Soldier (shown wearing optional Beachhead Assault 'Jungle' tunic and trousers equipment cards added). Notes:
The Action Man Engineer Surveyor (and Demolitions Engineer) equipment cards do not appear in any Equipment Manuals but their catalogue numbers are consistent with those from 1967-1968. This Engineer Surveyor is equipped with a military helmet, as should perhaps be considered distinct from the Action Man Demolitions Engineer, which had an orange construction hard hat. Many other accessories were available for pocket money prices, and it would have taken a few trips to the toy shop to get a completely kitted out Soldier. The Army Manual (that was included with the boxed Action Soldier) had details of how to set up figures, and the accessories available.
