The Palitoy Factory blow-molded Action Man Personnel Carrier first appears in the 1969 Equipment Manual. There are two different wheel configurations between variations - 3 or 4. The wheels are similar to the GI Joe vehicles, only used reversed or solid. This vehicle is very uncommon.
